More than modality, technique, or setting—it’s the therapeutic relationship that heals

Online Therapy in Orange County

Online therapy with depth, compassion, and somatic support

Since 2020, I’ve worked exclusively online with individuals and couples throughout California. While the shift to virtual sessions began out of necessity, it quickly became clear online therapy can be just as meaningful, connected, and effective as in-person work—sometimes even more so. My current clients adapted seamlessly to online therapy, as have those who’ve joined my practice over the past five years. We didn’t know we’d like it until we tried it.

Whether you’re a busy professional, a stay-at-home parent, or someone managing health or mobility challenges, online therapy offers a flexible and private space for healing without the commute, logistics, or additional stressors. You can engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home—or any private space—where we can work deeply with what matters most to you.

Online Therapy Throughout California

A centered presence, even across screens

My approach to online therapy is warm, grounded, and relational. Through secure encrypted video sessions, I offer the same attuned presence and support you would expect in person. This includes Somatic Experiencing work, which translates beautifully to online sessions—focusing on gentle awareness, nervous system regulation, and real-time emotional processing.

Therapy via telehealth can be especially supportive for:

  • Individuals who feel safer or more open at home

  • Parents or caregivers with limited flexibility

  • Busy executives and others who don't have time for commuting

  • Those in rural or under-resourced areas

  • Highly sensitive individuals who benefit from familiar environments

  • Immune suppressed or COVID cautious individuals

Issues we can explore together

  •  Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Depression and low mood

  • Relationship struggles or disconnection

  • Caregiver and parenting fatigue and burnout

  • Burnout and chronic stress in overextended professionals and executives

  • Grief, loss, or major life transitions

  • Childhood or developmental trauma

  • Self-worth, boundaries, and emotional regulation

  • Creativity blocks and perfectionism

  • COVID stress, Long-Haul COVID, recovery, and reintegration

Quick answers to questions clients ask about online therapy:

  • Evidence based research—and my own clients’ experience since 2020—shows virtual sessions deliver the same symptom relief and relational depth as face-to-face work, with the bonus of zero commute stress and being able to access your session from anywhere in California.

  • We meet through an end-to-end encrypted platform that meets HIPAA and California telehealth standards; I conduct sessions in a private space and use headphones so no one else can hear.

  • A stable internet connection or hot spot, a laptop or tablet with camera, or a smartphone, and a private space where you can speak freely. Most of my clients prefer to wear airpods or a headset for added privacy.
