Since 2020, I’ve worked exclusively online with individuals and couples throughout California. While the shift to virtual sessions began out of necessity, it quickly became clear online therapy can be just as meaningful, connected, and effective as in-person work—sometimes even more so. My current clients adapted seamlessly to online therapy, as have those who’ve joined my practice over the past five years. We didn’t know we’d like it until we tried it.

This includes Somatic Experiencing work, which translates beautifully to online sessions—focusing on gentle awareness, nervous system regulation, and real-time emotional processing.
