Welcome. I’m Victoria Wallace Schlicht, LMFT, SEP—a psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner based in Orange County, California. Every day I help anxious, burned out, and over-extended adults learn how to reduce anxiety, settle their nervous systems, bring their lives and commitments into better balance, and create more meaningful, satisfying relationships.
