ONLINE THERAPY WITH DEPTH, COMPASSION AND SOMATIC SUPPORT
In 2020, after fifteen years of working with clients in-person, I began working exclusively online with individuals and couples throughout California. While the shift to virtual sessions began out of necessity, it quickly became clear that online therapy can be just as meaningful, connected, and effective as in-person work—sometimes even more so. My current clients adapted seamlessly to online therapy, as have those who’ve joined my practice over the past five years.
Whether you’re a busy professional, a stay-at-home parent, or someone managing health or mobility challenges, online therapy offers a flexible and private space for healing without the commute, logistics, or additional stressors. You can engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home—or any private space—where we can work deeply with what matters most to you.

A CENTERED PRESENCE, EVEN ACROSS SCREENS
My approach to online therapy is warm, grounded, and relational. Through secure video sessions, I offer the same attuned presence and support you would expect in person. This includes Somatic Experiencing work, which translates beautifully to online sessions—focusing on gentle awareness, nervous system regulation, and real-time emotional processing.
